PILATES MAT (60 MINUTES)
This class will help you increase your body awareness in relation to your core and the effects of gravity on your movement flow. Pilates Mat is recommended for anyone wanting to practice Pilates with an additional emphasis on alignment, structure and fascial involvement. The use of props such as circles, balls, rollers and thera-bands support the process.
YOGA-PILATES (60 MINUTES)
This class offers a combination of yoga and pilates moves. The exercises help build strength, improve balance, flexibility and concentration. A brief meditation sequence brings the class to an end.
GENTLE PILATES (60 MINUTES)
This class is perfect for golden age participants and those with skeletal or soft tissue concerns. Gentle Pilates exercises mobilize and strengthen your body enhancing your upright posture and balance. Body and movement awareness are further heightened through the use of props and proprioceptive integration.
